Mueller Clarifies That His Investigation Did Not Exonerate the President

9:45 AM: There is still lots of ground to cover this morning with former special counsel Robert Mueller, but the headline will likely be that Mueller clarified that President Trump's "no collusion, no obstruction" mantra is simply a lie.
Washington Post: “The president was not exculpated for the acts that he allegedly committed,” the former special counsel told the House Judiciary Committee."
"Asked whether the president could potentially be indicted after leaving office, Mueller responded, “True.”
Much more to come, but this statement alone may well reinvigorate the impeachment movement in Congress.
