Iowa's Steve King Loses His Mind in Defending Abortion Bans Without Rape or Incest Exceptions

The US House member from Iowa's 4th congressional district, Republican Steve King, defended his position that abortion bans should not have rape or incest exceptions, before a group of Iowa residents at the Westside Conservative Club in Urbandale. In defending his position he made this rather ludicrous argument:
Des Moines Register: "What if we went back through all the family trees and just pulled those people out that were products of rape and incest? Would there be any population of the world left if we did that?"
So, the existence of humankind itself is dependent on rape and incest? Yikes! Is this Steve King's warped view of the world?
He then got into some incoherent rambling to further explain his position:
Des Moines Register: "Considering all the wars and all the rapes and pillages taken place and whatever happened to culture after society? I know I can't certify that I'm not a part of a product of that."
Steve, perhaps you should vet your comments with some sane members of your staff before blurting them out to an audience.
This is the same Steve King who defended white nationalism last year.
Des Moines Register: “White nationalist, white supremacist, Western civilization — how did that language become offensive?”
Steve, it's been offensive for quite some time. But, maybe not in Iowa's 4th congressional district.
He made those statements prior to his reelection last November.
