AZ Finds a Fraudulent Vote; Man Suspected of Killing His Wife Also Cast Ballot for Her
Yes, OK, this is not an important story, but it so completely captures the Trump era that we couldn't resist.
So, there is this guy in Arizona named Barry Morphew who has now admitted to voting for his wife Suzanne illegally, telling investigators that he thought his wife would have voted for Trump anyway.
It's an isolated case much like the Trump voter in Pennsylvania that voted for his dead mom and was sentenced to five years probation in April. It proves that out of tens of millions of voters there will always be a handful of morons. Not a surprise.
The macabre element of the Morphew case, however, is that he is also suspected of killing his wife and faces possible first-degree murder charges in connection with her disappearance last year. He was arrested on May 5th and is currently being held pending formal charges. Her body hasn't been found yet, but apparently Barry was pretty certain that she wouldn't be voting in November.
I wonder if police have looked into the possibility that Barry discovered that Suzanne was planning to vote for Biden. Just saying....
