New Research on Vitamins; Which to Take, Which to Skip
Over the years there have been numerous studies investigating the merit of taking various vitamin supplements, but some of the results have been contradictory. And, of course manufacturers have spent quite a bit of money to convince us to take their supplements. All of this is complicated by the fact that the FDA doesn't regulate supplements as they do prescription drugs, so many companies have made outlandish claims without much science to back them up.
Recent studies have demonstrated that while it might be wise to take a few specific vitamins daily, taking others might actually be harmful to your health.
