Federal District Judge Orders Trump Administration to Reunite Separated Immigrant Families
Yesterday U.S. District Judge Dana Sabraw issued a ruling in San Diego ordering the Trump Administration to quickly reunite the more than 2000 families which were separated as part of the President's "zero tolerance" policy.
Axios: U.S. District Judge Dana Sabraw's preliminary injunction requires younger children to be returned to their parents within two weeks and older children within 30 days. The ruling comes in a lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union.
Its unclear at this point whether the administration will seek to appeal the ruling to the Court of Appeals.
