Living near water boosts mental health

Researchers find that living near the water has a positive effect on mental health. Yep, I would have bet on that.

Amber Pearson, the study's co-author said they found that, "Increased views of blue space is significantly associated with lower levels of psychological distress, even after factoring in residents' health, wealth, age, gender, and neighborhood crime rates."
